On Windows 7/Vista place them into the directory:
C:\Users\Your_Username\AppData\Local\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\Cache
or C:\Users\All Users\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\Cache
On Windows XP place them into C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\Cache

Guyz, if you are having trouble with the path, the answer is that most of the folders are hidden. So go to “Tools>>Folder Options>>View Tab>>Then choose show hidden folders”

Anyone know the actual CORRECT path to put the cache folder in WinXP? What they have in the steps listed above is NOT correct. The file folder names and path dont match at all.

Running StarCraft II.exe will simply update the file to the latest patch. But now it cant even update.
