According to day9′s cast, the official decision was a draw. Since both are not able to win, that is a good decision. Zerg gave it away when he lost that one mutalisk and the corruptor a bit earlier.

In regards to why the terran didnt leave…its not bad manner, its smart play: the zerg could not kill him, no money for a muta/corruptor. So as T, why not force a draw instead of leaving and getting a loss. It was in fact a tourny game.

I really want to know who was considered the winner of this game. My opinion though, is that Mardrow won. Just creep the whole map infinite and move out the crawlers.
And I would like to add that it should be considered Bad Manners not to give up when your whole base is destroyed and just fly away with the remains. Refusing to give up here is a bit childish.

So… Was did they decide, a draw – re-match? I think Mardow clearly won here. The rules must be adjusted though, it seems…
